Elisabete Santos is a cognitive-behavioral psychologist and has completed a PhD in psychology and public health at the University of Lisbon and the Liverpool John Moores University. Worked for the last 10 years in the National Institute on Drugs and Drugs Addiction (IDT,IP) in prevention field, having more than 700 hours of training provided to young people and education/health professionals.
Currently works at TAP Portugal Medical Services (UCS) where coordinates the Workplace Drug and Alcohol Prevention Program and the Fear of Flying Treatment Program. Also, provides training for psychotherapists at the Cognitive-Behavioral Portuguese Association. Is currently completing her postgraduate studies in psychotherapy.
